Desperate times, even more desperate measures.

How I fixed my laptop. For now at least.

Step 1: Open laptop, and clean dust away thoroughly.

Step 2: Remove dead video card.

Step 3: Preheat oven to 385° and elevate card on a makeshift tin foil platform.

Step 4: Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Step 5: Turn off oven, open oven door slightly, and allow card to cool
slowly for 25 minutes before placing into computer.

Step 8: Profit.

Happy Belated Birthday Super Mario.

On September 13, 1985, Super Mario Bros. was released in Japan, meaning the world's most famous plumber's most famous game is now 25 years old. Happy birthday!

A thousand miles in these shoes.

>

A little closer.

Progress is slow, we've been just hanging out a lot, took a trip to DC, but we'll be done with this one within the next day or two. So far I'm liking the way it's taking shape.

A small teaser.

Beginning the next collab with Sof (her blog). Had to censor out the sketches
so that we wouldn't spoil the final piece :)

Collaboration with Sofia Lizano.

The first (with another on the way) of hopefully many
collaborations with Sofi. I'm quite happy with the result.

Welcome to the Family

Sofi's back, and of course it seems like its revving up to be a great summer. Booze, concerts, adventure, more booze, unexpected surprises, expected surprises. It's what we do best.

Designing to kill time

Messing around, started scanning random objects.

Been a slow saturday morning, decided to post a few random scans from my sketchbook, nothing particularly special.

Iain Macarthur Illustration

Some really cool work by UK based illustrator Iain Macarthur I found while browsing Behance, thought I'd share it with you guys.

WANNA HLD YR HANDHELD, VOL. 1

A less "traditional" tribute to the Beatles, the 8-Bit Operators' “Wanna Hld Yr Handheld, Vol. 1” is a glitchy, robotic, and catchy remake of 16 tracks by the Beatles, all made all utilizing re-purposed Game Boys, Ataris, Commodore 64s and NES consoles.

Gig Posters

Thought I'd share some of the posters I've found online over the last couple years. Some really cool stuff in the folder, unfortunately none of it is very high resolution. The folder contains around 330 posters for mostly rock, metal, indie, or punk shows packed into a 57mb zip file.
